Q. 2: Are you together with your husband Hiram Stanley, engaged in
business at Cranberry Isles, if 80 how long have you been so engaged
and in what kind of business?
Ans. I do the storekeeping business in my own name, in the grocery
business and about 12 years
e. 3: Do you know Samuel C. Sanford the plaintiff and how long have
you known him?
Ans. Yes sir, ever since he has lived on the Island.
Q. 4. Have you sold him from your store groceries and family supplies
and if so for how many years?
Ans. I have. I don't know how many years.
Q. 5: Hav e you sold him such groceries and supplies during the past
six years?
Ans. I have excepting the last year and a half.
2. 6: What kind of groceries and supplies have you sold him?
Ans. The ordinary kinds used in house keeping.

Ans. Always for cash.

Ans. What we delivered for him were delivered to Mr. Preble's.

Ans. I do not.

Ans. It is a question I cannot estimate any way.

Ans. I don't know.
