Bryant a Constable of the Town of Cranberry Isles, in said County, GREETING: In the name of the State of Maine you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town of Cranberry Isles, qualified to vote in Town affairs, to meet at Neighborhood House, Little Granberry Island, in said Town, on Thursday, the twenty- first day of August, A. D. 1947, at eight o'clock in the evening, to act on the following articles, to wit: Article 1 To choose by ballot a Moderator to preside at said meeting. 2 To see if the Town will vote to accept the full res- ponsibility of the Mosquito Drainage System. 3 To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise for the Extermination of Mosquitoes. 4 To see if the Town will vote to make, ordain and ac- cept the following ordinance prohibiting parking on the Town Wharf, viz: Be it ordained by the inhabitants of the Town of Cranberry Isles, in said County of Hancock and State of Maine: Parking of any motor vehicle on the wharf maintain- ed by the Town under and by virtue of Chapter 44 of the Private and Special Laws for the year 1937, and known as the Town Wharf, is hereby prohibited. Any person found guilty of violating the forego- ing ordinance shall be subject to a fine of five dollars and costs for each offence, to be recovered by complaint to the use of said Town.
