We both agreed that $50 cash was B. fair price. This is a good deal less than I originally paid for the skiff, and much less than a new one could be bought for now. On the other hand, I have no use for it, and you need it. I have therefore told Uncle Lew over the telephone that if you will send me a check for $50 cash, you may take possession immed- iately. I hope you will find the skiff as useful as I used to find it when I used to use 1t as a tender for Nliraga.
